3. Responsibility
The user is responsible for:

The security of their account credentials and devices

SQILSOFT is not responsible for:

Failures caused by third-party equipment or network limitations

5. Term
These Terms take effect upon installation and activation of the App and remain valid until the App is deleted or no longer used.
